Van 14 tot 16 oktober 2010 vond in Amsterdam het congres plaats van de Europese Vereniging voor Bouwrecht. Het thema was “Dutch Construction Contracts: views from abroad”. Marco Schoups heeft namens de Belgische Vereniging voor Bouwrecht het woord gevoerd over “Precontractual duties to notify and to investigate”.
