At Scale, we place great importance on sustainable and socially
responsible business practices. We are committed to reducing our ecological
footprint and strengthening our social engagement on a daily basis. These
values are shared by our clients. Drawing on our extensive expertise, we take a
conscious and sustained approach to this commitment. We support a wide range of
organisations and initiatives, with a focus on knowledge, inclusivity and
diversity, health, society, and sustainability.
Our people
We provide specialised, comprehensive services to guide our clients as effectively as possible. We achieve this, among other things, by sharing our knowledge through training sessions, webinars and other events. In addition, we invest significantly in the professional development of our people. We offer both substantive and soft skills training, provide ongoing support, and encourage participation in external events.
More than work
A pleasant working atmosphere and a healthy work–life balance are important to us, and we are committed to promoting both. To this end, we organise a wide range of social events, including quizzes, team-building activities, dinners and after-work gatherings. Our junior associates enjoy a weekend away each November, while December is marked by a festive end-of-year celebration. At the start of the new year, we come together for a New Year’s drink. We also organise gala events and, to celebrate Scale’s 75th anniversary, we even visited Versailles.
Health
Even our social involvement translates into sporting initiatives to contribute to a caring society. With our participation in, among others, the Palace Run of Antwerp 2025, the 100km run of Kom op tegen Kanker (non-profit) and Sailing for Think Pink, we are committed to a good cause.
Sustainability
We also organise initiatives such as our annual ‘Wortelwissel’ repotting day, which brings colleagues together while contributing to a greener environment. After all, every step matters and helps build greater awareness and a more sustainable future.
