Participate in complex cases, take the lead, and aim for expansion in the French-speaking part of the country (and in Brussels). Play an active role in supporting and coaching the younger members of the team. Collaborate closely with colleagues from the department and other departments. Maintain direct contact with clients and contribute to the overall development of the firm, and specifically to the M&A department.

For our office in Brussels, we are looking for a lawyer specialised in Corporate M&A who is willing to take the lead in developing the French-speaking department of the team.

You will work completely independently on your cases while collaborating with a strong and recognised Corporate M&A team, consisting of about fifteen lawyers who specialise in Dutch and English cases.
