- You derive satisfaction from handling administrative files correctly and on time.
- You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch and French and have a working knowledge of English.
- Experience within the legal sector is a major plus.
- You switch effortlessly between diverse tasks and priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.

What will you do?
- You will work closely with and report to the HR Manager; you will also be one of the key points of contact for the team’s day-to-day operations.
- You will support our staff and solicitors throughout their entire employee journey.
- You will help coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process: from publishing job vacancies and following up with candidates to ensuring a warm welcome for new colleagues.
- You will actively contribute ideas regarding our employer branding and help drive initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- You will help develop strategies to optimise our processes and policies, with a particular focus on digitalisation: from digital onboarding to smart, user-friendly tools that simplify day-to-day work.
- You will draft employment contracts and social security documents, and ensure accurate and correct administrative follow-up throughout the entire career of every employee and lawyer, from the start of employment to the end of employment.
- You will support payroll processing and liaise with the payroll service and other external partners.
- You will monitor absences, time recording and social security legislation, and ensure the correct application of internal procedures.
- You will contribute to initiatives relating to the training, development and wellbeing of staff and lawyers.
