Mieke Van Den Bunder is a Managing Associate at Scale.
She is registered with the Bar of the Province of Antwerp.
Mieke obtained her Bachelor of Laws in 2003 and in 2004 her Master in Social Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
She also obtained the diploma in HR Management at EHSAL Management School in 2007.
She joined Scale in August 2025 as Managing Associate Social Law. Prior to that, she worked as a freelance HR consultant at Baker Tilly. Before that, she spent 6 years as Senior HR Legal, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll Manager within the internal HR department at PwC Belgium. After her legal traineeship at the Ghent Bar, she worked as a Senior Legal Consultant at PwC, Deloitte, and Partena Professional – Business Solutions.
Since 2023, she has been engaged as a study coach at the Study Office Legima in Ghent.
