On December 14, 2018 all shares in Buitenheide BVBA/SPRL were sold to Aedifica.
Buitenheide BVBA/SPRL is the owner of the residential care site that is operated by Hof van Schoten and that includes three buildings with a total capacity of 101 units.
Schoups M&A advised the sellers on this transaction and assisted Hof van Schoten in the negotiations on a new long term lease agreement.
