Bill containing Book 6 BW (extra-contractual liability) tabled in Parliament - abolition of concurrence prohibition and quasi-immunity of execution agent

The next step in the overall reform of the Civil Code has been taken. On 8 March 2023, the Bill containing Book 6 "Extra-contractual Liability" of the Civil Code (hereinafter "Bill") was tabled in the House of Representatives.
