Your profile
You have obtained a Master's in Belgian law, preferably with a specialisation or demonstrable knowledge in corporate law.
You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written.
You possess strong legal and analytical insight, supported by solid academic results.
You work accurately and professionally, are assertive where necessary, and function well within a team, but can also work independently.
You are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibility in challenging cases.
What will you do?
- Actively participate in the management of cases within the corporate law department.
- Independently handle cases and advise and represent clients, under the guidance of a senior lawyer.
- Actively contribute to the development of the office, for example by drafting newsletters, creating and delivering training, ...
