Your profile
You have obtained a master's degree in law from a Belgian university.
You are Dutch-speaking and have a good command of English (written and spoken) and at least a basic knowledge of French.
You have demonstrable experience in independently handling cases and in advising and assisting clients in mergers and corporate law.
You combine a strategic vision with a client-oriented approach.
You possess good communication skills and can be assertive when necessary.
You are a true team player, but can also work independently in a demanding professional environment.
What will you do?
- Actively participate in the management of cases within the M&A and Corporate department.
- You can handle cases independently.
- Advise and represent clients in the context of mergers and corporate law.
- Actively contribute to the development of the firm.
