Benjamin Marchandise is Partner at Scale.
Benjamin obtained his law degree in 2003 from the Université Catholique de Louvain. He then followed an additional course in Criminological Sciences in 2004 (KU Leuven – 2004).
He joined the firm in September 2018. Prior to that, he worked for seven years at VWEW Advocaten and for the Litigation field at the NautaDutilh office in Brussels (four years).
As an experienced litigator, Benjamin primarily focuses on domestic and international dispute resolution and arbitration. His extensive expertise includes insolvency and commercial dispute resolution.
Benjamin boasts extensive experience in all aspects of corporate law. He regularly assists companies with reorganisations, acquisitions, and other transactions, and provides advice on various corporate law issues.
