Charles Poncelet is Partner at Scale.
He obtained a Master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2010, followed by an LLM in environmental law at Queen Mary University of London. He is a member of the French Bar Association at the Brussels Bar.
His practice includes environmental law, urban planning, energy law and, more generally, property law, both in public and private law aspects.
He has extensive experience in the development of real estate, retail, industrial and energy projects, particularly in their urban planning and environmental aspects (spatial planning, planning permits, environmental permits, socio-economic permits, mobility, waste management, pollution, impact assessments, etc.) He operates in transactional, administrative and contentious contexts.
He joined Scale in 2021 and primarily works within the department of environmental, urban planning, and real estate law. Prior to that, Charles worked at Liedekerke for nine years.
