Charlotte De Muer has been working at Scale since January 2022. 


She is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new colleagues at the Antwerp office. She supports the entire recruitment process and ensures that new employees get off to a smooth start. Thanks to her dedication, she ensures that new employees quickly feel at home within the office.
