Charlotte De Muer has been working at Scale since January 2022. She is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues in the Antwerp office. She supports the entire recruitment process and ensures that new employees have a smooth start. Through her involvement, she ensures that new employees feel at home quickly within the office.
