Dave Mertens is a Partner at Scale.

He is registered with the Bar Association of the Province of Antwerp.

Dave regularly publishes on distribution law and intermediaries, market practices, and insolvency, and gives lectures on these topics. Within the office, he primarily focuses on these matters. From 2012 to 2018, he taught as a guest professor the subject “Comparative, European and International Commercial Law” (1st and 2nd Master).

Dave vervoegde het kantoor Scale in 2004 tot 2005. Vervolgens promoveerde hij als Doctor in de Rechten met een proefschrift over “Bescherming van cliënteel”. In 2010 vervoegde hij het kantoor opnieuw.
