She obtained her law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2004 and joined the firm in 2025, after twenty years as a lawyer at Osborne Clarke, PwC Legal and DLA Piper. Fran is registered at the Brussels Bar.
Fran assists national and international clients with real estate transactions and project development. She is a transactional real estate expert and advises investors, developers and companies on structuring and transferring real estate assets and real estate companies, establishing real rights, lease contracts and complex real estate structures.
