Fran Claes is Partner at Scale.
She obtained her law degree in 2004 from the Catholic University of Leuven and joined the firm in 2025, after twenty years as a lawyer at Osborne Clarke, PwC Legal and DLA Piper. Fran is registered at the Brussels bar.
Fran guides national and international clients in real estate transactions and project development. She is a transactional real estate expert and advises investors, developers, and companies on structuring and transferring real estate and real estate companies, establishing business rights, lease agreements, and complex real estate structures.
