Kris Lemmens is a Partner at Scale.
Kris Lemmens obtained his law degree in 2003 from the University of Leuven and an additional Master's in Public Management and Policy in 2007. He is registered with the Bar of the Province of Antwerp and the Dutch-speaking Order of Lawyers at the Bar in Brussels.
Kris is active in public law, specifically in the area of public procurement and public-private partnerships (PPP). He focuses particularly on advising and representing construction actors in the awarding and execution of construction projects in the public sector.
