Kristof Hectors is a Partner at Scale.
Kristof obtained his law degree in 2007 from the University of Leuven and completed an LLM in European and International Environmental and Energy Law. He is registered with the Bar Association of the Province of Antwerp.
Kristof joined the Scale firm in December 2013, after having been active as a lawyer for over five years at the firms DLA Piper UK LLP and Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick.
Kristof specialises in public law. He advises clients on legal advice and disputes before administrative courts and civil courts regarding environmental law. Environmental law encompasses spatial planning in the broadest sense as well as environmental and energy law. The awarding of public contracts, property law, and legal aspects of project development also fall within his area of expertise.
He regularly publishes in these areas and advises clients in the field of project development.
Kristof is a member of the General Assembly of the College of the Eucharistic Heart in Essen. He is also an editorial member of “Omgeving teRecht” by Larcier.
