Louis Leboutte is an Associate at Scale. He obtained a Master of Laws in 2017 from the Catholic University of Leuven and is registered with the French-speaking Bar Association in Brussels.

Louis joined Scale in April 2023 after having worked at Elegis for five years. He focuses on the fields of Public Procurement and Construction Law.
