Maarten Somers is a Partner at Scale.
Maarten is active in the fields of Public Procurement and PPP as well as broader real estate and construction law. He advises and represents clients both before courts and arbitration tribunals and outside of them, with a particular specialization in construction disputes.
He regularly publishes and gives lectures on the aforementioned subjects.
Maarten was active for more than six years at the law firm Stibbe in Brussels before joining the firm in September 2012.
