Mathieu De Donder is an Associate at Scale.
He is registered at the Bar of the Province of Antwerp.
Mathieu obtained his law degree in 2016 from KU Leuven and participated in an Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Deusto during this study. He then obtained a Master's in Financial Management in 2017 from Vlerick Business School. Additionally, Mathieu obtained a Postgraduate in Mediation in 2019 from the University of Antwerp and a Postgraduate in Curatorship-Settlement in 2020 from KU Leuven.
Mathieu joined Scale in December 2022 and previously worked at Lige Advocaten (now Agio Legal) and Argo Law.
He is part of the Corporate Law practice group at Scale, with a particular focus on Company Law and Acquisitions (M&A), as well as Insolvency.
