Pauline Van Parys is a Managing Associate at Scale. She specializes in individual and collective employment law. Her practice covers all aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on services related to the social aspects of corporate restructuring (reorganizations, conversions, collective redundancies and company closures, (partial) business transfers, outsourcing, etc.), including the management of collective disputes and strikes.
She also has extensive expertise in complex issues related to remuneration and social benefits, including their treatment in social security law, as well as in matters concerning international mobility.
For more than 12 years, she has been advising companies from various sectors, including the public sector, on these issues and regularly represents them in court.
Pauline is an active member of the AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers and regularly speaks at the annual conferences organised by the organisation's labour law committee.
