Pauline Van Parys is a Managing Associate at Scale. She specializes in individual and collective employment law. Her practice covers all aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on services relating to the social aspects of corporate restructuring (reorganisations, transformations, collective redundancies and business closures, (partial) transfers of undertakings, outsourcing operations, etc.), including the management of industrial disputes and strikes.
She also has in-depth expertise in complex issues relating to remuneration and employee benefits, including their treatment under social security law, as well as in matters of international mobility

Pauline is an active member of the AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers and is a regular speaker at the annual conferences organised by the organisation’s labour law committee.
