Samira Valckenaers has been active as Chief Corporate Officer at Scale since January 2026. She had already been working closely with the firm for many years as a business coach and corporate therapist.
In her current role, she works together with the other members of the Management team to define the strategic direction of Scale. She is also responsible for translating this strategy into clear, concrete processes and actions within the organisation.
Special attention is given to collaboration and clear internal and external communication.
