Sébastien Leroy is Counsel at Scale.
He obtained his Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Liège in 1997. Five years later, in 2002, he obtained his Law degree from the same university.
He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2003
Sébastien joined the firm in 2021 as Counsel. He mainly works in the field of Private Construction Law. Previously, he worked at Stibbe for 18 years.
Moreover, Sébastien is a member of the Association belge du Droit de la Construction (ABDC) and the Belgium Arbitration and Mediation Center (CEPANI).
