Sébastien Leroy is Counsel at Scale.
He obtained his Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Liège in 1997. Five years later, in 2002, he obtained his Law degree from the same university.
In 2003, he was registered at the Bar in Brussels.
Sébastien joined the firm in 2021 as Counsel. He primarily works in the field of Private Construction Law. Previously, he worked for 18 years at Stibbe.
Moreover, Sébastien is a member of the Belgian Association for Construction Law (ABDC) and the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CEPANI).
