Sofie Bontinck is Partner at Scale.
She is registered at the Bar of the Province of Antwerp.
Sofie obtained her law degree in 1995 from the Catholic University of Leuven. She also obtained the HR Manager diploma from the Centre for Evening Education in 2017.
She joined Scale in April 2022 as Partner Social Law. Prior to that, she worked for 18 years as Director of the Employment, Pensions & Benefits team at LAGA Advocaten/Deloitte Legal and for 9 years as Manager in Corporate Law at Deloitte Consultants.
She was also an organiser and speaker at the Tax and Legal breakfast seminars organised within Deloitte Tax and Legal and is a regular speaker at VOKA on employer-related costs.
Finally, Sofie was selected for the Women's Law Network in 2021.
