Stefaan Wauman is Partner at Scale.
He obtained his law degree in 2003 from the Catholic University of Leuven and is registered with the Antwerp Bar. He earned an advanced master's degree in corporate law (2006) at the Catholic University of Brussels and an advanced master's degree in business law (2007) at the University of Antwerp. He joined the firm Scale in 2019 as Counsel; prior to that, he worked for Laurius (Antwerp) for, among others, 12 years.
He has extensive experience in negotiating and advising on acquisitions and mergers. Stefaan is part of the fields of Corporate Law, Company Law and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions).
