Bankruptcy and fresh start as a director? Only if they have their “own organization”, according to the Court of Cassation.

In a surprising ruling of 18 March 2022 the Court of Cassation held that a natural person, director of companies, can only be considered an “enterprise” if they have their “own organization”.
