Profile
You hold a Master's degree in law from a Belgian university.
You have at least 10 years of experience in the field of corporate M&A.
You are a French speaker (or have a perfect command of French, both written and spoken) with an excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and a basic knowledge of Dutch.
You have demonstrable experience in independently handling files and in advising and assisting clients in acquisitions and corporate law.

You are financially self-sufficient and are both willing and able to continue to expand your client portfolio independently.

What will you do?
- Participate in complex files, take the lead and strive for expansion in the French-speaking part of the country (and in Brussels).
- Play an active role in the guidance and coaching of the young members of the team.
- Work closely with colleagues from the department and other departments.
- Maintain direct contact with clients and contribute to the overall development of the office and specifically of the M&A department.
