Profile
You hold a Master's degree in law from a Belgian university.
You have at least 10 years of experience in the field of corporate M&A.
You are French-speaking (or have a perfect command of French, both written and spoken) with an excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and a basic knowledge of Dutch.
You have demonstrable experience in independently handling files and in advising and assisting clients in acquisitions and corporate law.
You have an established client base in the corporate M&A sector ("portable business").
You combine a strong analytical mind with an assertive attitude and adopt an effective and pragmatic approach.
You are a team player and have leadership qualities to grow our department, especially in the French-speaking part of the country.
What will you do?
- Participate in complex files, take the lead and strive for expansion in the French-speaking part of the country (and in Brussels).
- Play an active role in the guidance and coaching of the young members of the team.
- Work closely with colleagues from the department and other departments.
- Maintain direct contact with clients and contribute to the overall development of the office and specifically of the M&A department.
