In January 2024, social inspection services carried out spot checks in the construction sector, as well as in the metal and technology sector and the electrical engineering sector. According to figures published by the Social Information and Research Service (hereinafter referred to as the SIRS), 168 companies were inspected.
Violations were found in 81 of these, or 48% of cases, and 34% of the violations even resulted in a Pro Justitia report being drawn up.
