Moreover, there is strong oversight by inspection services and the (criminal) sanctions, both concerning the company and its directors, can be significant. We provide concrete and practical advice and personal guidance. We also offer workshops on this.

• compliance check regarding social obligations (social site inspection)
• guiding construction companies regarding compliance with social obligations
• providing assistance in the context of a social inspection or in criminal proceedings
• advising on social security law aspects within the construction sector, such as the declaration of works, the mandatory attendance registration (checkinatwork) and joint liability for social debts.
