On 17 November 2021, Aertssen acquired the business group Van Rooy based in Beerse.
Van Rooy specialises in concrete works, cellar construction, foundation and shoring techniques. With this acquisition Aertssen significantly extends the range of its services of all underground construction and infrastructure works, enabling it to offer an integrated range of services.
