Our practice extends, among other things, to:
• assisting companies in difficulty (trade investigations, judicial reorganisation, bankruptcy, dissolution, …)
• assisting creditors and debtors in the context of debt restructurings
• negotiating and conducting disputes with curators or with competing creditors
• advising and conducting disputes regarding the civil and criminal liability of founders, directors, and partners
