This team combines the know-how of the different departments of the office namely insolvency, M&A, corporate restructuring, finance and employment law.

Our practice extends, among other things, to:
• assisting companies with (distressed) acquisitions, mergers, demergers and other corporate restructurings
• assisting and advising on the group structure, the corporate governance within the group
• assisting with the integration of new legal or non-legal entities into the group and adjustment of/social consultation regarding wage and working conditions
• advice regarding CAO 32 Bis
• advice regarding the implications of a restructuring for the social consultation bodies
• assisting with multiple and collective dismissals
• assistance in negotiations with, and proceedings against lenders (bankers' liability, qualification of credit opening/loan on interest, abusive execution, …)
